1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide to us directly, including:

  • Account information (email address)
  • Brand information and business descriptions
  • Product images and B-roll videos you upload
  • TikTok account connection and authorization tokens
  • AI API keys you provide (OpenAI, FAL, etc.)
  • Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe, not by us)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

  • Generating AI-powered UGC content for your brand
  • Uploading content to your connected TikTok accounts
  • Providing customer support
  • Processing your subscription payments

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

All information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage and implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure your data is only accessible to you.

API Key Encryption: Your API keys are encrypted at the application layer using AES-256-GCM before they are ever written to the database. The encryption key is never stored alongside your data. We never display stored API keys back to you — to update a key you must enter a new value, or remove it entirely.

4. Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe at $19.99 USD per month. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe maintains PCI DSS compliance for secure payment handling.

5. Third-Party Services

ClipUGC integrates with the following third-party services:

  • TikTok: For posting content to your accounts
  • Stripe: For payment processing
  • Supabase: For secure data storage
  • Your AI Providers: We use your API keys to generate content through OpenAI, FAL, or other providers you configure

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Update or correct your information
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your data

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through our platform.
